As with housekeeping, the maintenance function is a critical part of the Country Court difference. We are really proud of our homes. We specialise beautifully interior designed homes and the vast majority of our homes are of a very high specification, so keeping our homes in tip top condition is vital. Some of our homes still require routine maintenance and building programmes and inevitably from time to time equipment does go wrong. Our maintenance team are always there to fix things when they go wrong!
With a sharp eye to appropriate forward-planning and cost-effective preventative and remedial servicing the maintenance team at each home can be relied upon by its colleagues to keep everything working smoothly – kitchen, laundry, lifts and the many smaller items of equipment that together ensure we can guarantee the very best environment and assured service for every Country Court resident.
