So it’s the job of the Wellbeing Coordinator to ensure that however old you are, you’re able to live life to the full and we shake things up a bit! The role has real impact in our homes. Whatever our resident’s passion, interest and physical ability, this role will give ‘Activities’ some real Oomph!
Our homes are definitely not places of inactivity and so we are proud that our Wellbeing Coordinators really do make our homes fun, busy, interesting with always things to do, see, watch, take part in and get out and about! Creating those special occasions for our residents, and their families is our absolute pleasure.
We actively encourage all our activities colleagues to create great places to live and work. With our ‘Oomph’ programme, specialised support and training is provided to our colleagues. And ensuring the delivery of life enhancing experiences with a real impact on quality of life and wellbeing.
