Neale Court Care Home is in a quiet area of North Hykeham, our home is comfortable and homely. Residents enjoy generous sized rooms with kitchenette and en-suite shower. The lounge and dining area are bright and welcoming spaces where people can enjoy activities and the companionship of others, alongside dedicated residential and dementia care.
Our lounge is both comfortable and tastefully furnished, helping residents feel settled and at home. Residents can relax in this area, just as they would have at home, while we look after their every need. Our light and airy dining room offers a comfortable space for meals, with tables always set for the most dignified experience.
The 31 bedrooms at Neale Court are bright, comfortable and homely with their own kitchenette and en-suite shower. Resident’s dignity and privacy are always respected, with carers understanding preferences for entering people’s rooms. Those with us are encouraged to personalise their rooms with personal belongings and make the most of their own individual space.
Movie night is a a weekly highlight at our care home. Whether it's a classic or recent feature film, our residents choose the films and settle down with popcorn and drinks to enjoy their favourite movie. Our quiet lounge has been designed for the comfort of all residents to ensure those with sight and hearing difficulties can enjoy the experience too.
Residents will love a trip to the salon to see the hairdresser or barber, maintaining one of life's routines is so good for well-being. For many residents, a set and blow-dry is part of their weekly calendar, our beauty bar features a nail painting area and make-up for special occasions.
We encourage our residents to continue enjoying their hobbies, so for those who have appreciated spending time in the garden, we continue to support them here at Neale Court Care Home. Gardening is great for mental well-being and stimulation and our residents take much pride from their flowering displays and vegetable produce.
Kayleigh Moss is our Home Manager at Neale Court Care Home. Kayleigh has worked at Neale Court since 2015 in various roles including Deputy Manager and now as our Home Manager. She knows our residents, staff and families well and is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and support. She operates an open-door policy and is more than happy to welcome families and residents to join her for a chat over a cuppa at any time.
Emma has worked at Neale Court since 2016, she lives locally and loves working with people. She keeps the administration running smoothly for the home and brightens everyone's day as she's always smiling!
