Lyle House Care Home is a state-of-the-art care home with all the facilities residents need to enjoy life in comfort and style in Roehampton. Facilities include the private dining room, cinema room, pub and café as well as the hair salon and garden. Residents have comfortable en-suite rooms with an assisted bathroom on each floor.
Spread over four floors, our 70 bedrooms at Lyle House are spacious, light and airy with plenty of scope for people to personalise their spaces with their own belongings. The things they bring with them help us to get to know people better and often become a talking point with the team. Bedrooms are our residents’ private space, where our care staff are on hand to check on them, day and night.
For more formal or special family occasions, families can take advantage of our private dining room. The dining room will be your space for the day to relax and enjoy time with family and friends, as you would at home. Our chef will provide a bespoke menu to make birthdays and anniversaries truly special and memorable occasions. The cost will depend on your menu choice and the number of guests.
Our communal areas are luxurious and comfortably furnished, with thoughtful touches throughout making people feel relaxed and at home. Dining areas are clean and fresh with tables laid ready for people to enjoy their next meal, making them inviting and sociable spaces.
Our pub, The Cricketer’s Arms, is one of our most popular facilities. We want our residents to enjoy life, to be able to relax and share good times with friends, as they always have done and this is the perfect place to do so. Whether it’s a half of lager, a glass of wine or just a soft drink, spending time in the pub is a real social occasion.
Serving hot and cold drinks and delicious cakes, our cafe is a popular place, with snacks available throughout the day. Residents often host regular coffee mornings amongst their friendship groups, meeting up just as you would with any of your friends at your local coffee shop.
Movie night is a weekly highlight at Lyle House. From classics to new releases, westerns to musicals, there is always something to watch. Our cinema room is a great place to enjoy entertainment, specially designed for the comfort of all residents, including those with sight and hearing difficulties to ensure they can enjoy the cinema experience, too.
Jo Hack is our Home Manager at Lyle House Care Home. Jo is committed and passionate about getting to know each resident and their family individually in order to deliver the highest standards of individualised care. She operates an open-door policy and welcomes families to have a chat.
Katelyn is the Senior Customer Relations Manager here at Lyle House Care Home. Katelyn really loves getting to know the residents and their families and making Lyle House a home from home. She loves helping new residents settle in and seeing them flourish as they get to know the other residents.
