Country Court is delighted to announce the winner of its highly anticipated 2025 Signature Mocktail Competition, held in celebration of Nutrition & Hydration Week at Camberwell Lodge Care & Nursing Home in London. This exciting event brought together Client Service Managers from across the Country Court group to showcase their creativity and passion for crafting delicious, nutritious beverages.
This year’s theme, “Timeless Classics,” invited participants to create a signature mocktail inspired by the cherished memories of our residents. With the generous sponsorship by Liquidline, the competition spotlighted coffee-based mocktails, adding a rich and comforting element to the challenge.
After an impressive number of original recipe submissions, five finalists were selected to compete in the grand finale. Each finalist was tasked with creating a unique and inspiring mocktail, judged across four key categories: Taste, Presentation, Creativity, and Overall Enjoyment. Each category was scored out of five, with a maximum total of 20 points.
Our esteemed panel of judges included:
Additionally, Paul Latimer, National Accounts Manager at Liquidline, attended to support the competition and witness the impressive creativity of our participants firsthand.

Rebecca shared insights into her winning creation: “The creamy, indulgent drink was intentionally designed as a short serve to avoid overwhelming the palate of our residents. Its high-energy ingredients provide an extra boost, supporting weight gain for those who need it.”
