‘We had a variety of activities that were enjoyed by all ages. Guests sipped on mulled wine and indulged in mince pies and cupcakes while some even enjoyed the creative side with our bauble decorating station. A highlight of the day had to be the spectacular performance by guest singer Denise Scott, whose festive melodies created a magical atmosphere for everyone who joined our event.’ Commented Senior Customer Relations Manager Laura Mills.
‘Our Christmas Fair allowed us to support our local talent through our fabulous stallholders. We had a range of stalls from Chunkydory Jewellery which displayed stunning handmade pieces, while Sarah Angel offered personalised trinkets perfect for gifting. Attendees were also charmed by the unique selection of handmade leather goods, lovingly crafted by a local artist. We also had a fun raffle and selection of games and a quiz for people to enjoy.’ Commented Interim Home Manager Julie Wicks.
‘We raised an amazing £250 at our Christmas Fair and are planning to use the funds raised toward purchasing sensory games for our dementia floor, enhancing the quality of life for our residents and providing meaningful, engaging activities tailored to their needs.’ Commented Senior Customer Relations Manager Laura Mills.
