Country Court Care Group have announced further expansion, with the acquisition of 3 nursing homes in South London. Carter House, Link House and Woodland House, which are all rated as ‘Good’ by CQC, have been purchased from Central & Cecil Housing Trust and will add a further 160 beds to the Group’s portfolio.
Founded as a family business in 1983, Country Court Care has undergone rapid expansion over the last nine years, growing from 200 to over 1600 beds in that time. The company continues to retain the same family-led management and their belief is that all older people deserve the best quality of life, which this sits at the heart of the every-day ethos in each of their homes.
Country Court Care delivers award-winning care through its care homes, located across the UK. The company headquarters are in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and the latest addition of these homes will form an integral part of Country Court Care’s London hub of care facilities, joining their existing two homes in the capital. This acquisition will also take the group’s total number of care facilities to thirty-three.
Alykhan Kachra, Managing Director of Country Court Care Group said: “We are extremely pleased to have acquired Carter, Link and Woodland House nursing homes. I would like to extend our new residents and staff a very warm welcome to the Country Court Care Family and look forward to working with them.
We have a 5-star standard template that we implement in all of our homes, ensuring we offer the best possible facilities and provide the high-level of family-led care we have become known for. The homes we have acquired all offer a good starting point for this and we will be reviewing changes required to improve the enjoyment and quality of life for everyone in these homes”
