With 12 categories, the awards celebrate those who go above and beyond to provide exceptional care and support to residents, families, and colleagues.
Ruby Lodge Care Home in Thirsk is delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievement of their Home Manager, Holly Hunton, who has been named the winner of the prestigious Home Manager of the Year award, sponsored by Halborns. Holly's dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence have earned her this well-deserved recognition, highlighting her exceptional contributions to the care home and the residents she supports.
This award honours exceptional leadership in care home management. The winner ensures regulatory excellence, maintaining a CQC ‘Good’ rating (or demonstrating significant improvement), ‘Good’ or ‘Passed’ LA inspections, and a 5-star EHO rating. They provide high-quality care, earning a Carehome.co.uk rating of 9.8+, while encouraging a supportive staff environment and meeting occupancy and financial targets.
