Residents and staff at Carter House Care Home are celebrating after receiving their latest CQC Report; rating them ‘Good’ in all areas. Situated in Raynes Park in South West London, Carter House Care Home offers the highest standards of residential and dementia care in a modern and homely setting.
Residents and staff of Carter House told CQC how the service had improved in the last 12 months since the last CQC inspection and said the care home was now a safe, well-managed service and were complimentary about the way the management team ran the service, and how approachable they all were.
People told the CQC inspectors they felt safe living in the care home and were confident any safeguarding issues would be taken seriously and appropriately dealt with. One person said, "I don't like it here, because I actually love it. It's a very safe place to be and the staff are all marvellous."
In addition, staff told us they received all the support they needed from their managers and felt staff morale had significantly improved in the last 12 months.

We are all totally committed to ensuring our residents live their best lives within our home and I cannot praise them enough for all the hard work they put in every day.’’
