The Moat House Care Home has been designed to provide a comfortable and luxurious home for our residents, with a choice of places to socialise and relax. Luxury en-suite rooms, The Coffee Club, Elegance salon, The Library and Buttons Arts & Crafts are just a few of the highlights in our beautiful care home in Great Easton.
The Moat House Care Home features 60 bright, light and comfortable bedrooms and 6 luxurious suites. Residents can personalise their rooms with belongings that are meaningful to them. Whatever the preference, all rooms come with private en-suite, walk-in shower rooms and fitted furniture.
Our dining rooms are clean, bright and inviting, residents are encouraged to take their meals in the shared dining areas in the company of their friends. Tables are set ready for each meal, just as you would expect in a restaurant and front of house staff are on hand to serve and assist with meals as required.
Our lounge areas are tastefully decorated with attention to detail in the design and layout that makes you feel instantly at home. Residents can settle in their favourite chair or join their friends on the sofa for a chat over a cup of tea. Families and visitors are welcome to join residents in the lounge, residents can take part in group activities or just enjoy quietly reading or watching TV.
Residents will love a trip to the Elegance salon to see the hairdresser or barber, maintaining one of life's routines is so good for well-being. For many residents, a set and blow-dry is part of their weekly calendar, our beauty bar features a nail painting area and make-up for special occasions.
Jade Smith is the Home Manager at Moat House Care Home. She brings an extensive wealth of knowledge & over 20-years’ experience in the care sector to her role. Jade is passionate about providing the highest standards of care & support for older people.
Harriet Fisk is our Home Administrator at Moat House Care Home; she takes care of the administrative tasks and ensures everything runs smoothly. Harriet joined the Country Court family almost two years ago and has moved to Moat House from our sister home in Newport. She has a passion for meeting new people and can’t wait to get to know our residents and their loved ones.
George Byford is our Customer Relations Manager at Moat House Care Home. He is the first point of contact for families and people seeking care. George brings extensive experience in customer service roles and is eager to connect with the local community of Great Easton and surrounding areas. George is looking forward to meeting people in the local community and making Moat House a warm and welcoming home for our residents.
